Why Am I So Tired All the Time?

“I screwed something up at work, and my logical mind knows it’s gonna be okay, but I keep hearing this nasty voice telling me what a piece of crap I am. It’s so much effort to get that one to shut up!”

You’re tired, aren’t you?

Whether you’re reading this at 8am on a Thursday or at 9pm on a Saturday night, I’ll bet you that you are feeling pretty fatigued. I don’t know this because I’m a mind reader (although that’s not NOT true), but because I know what good-hearted, high performers in their 30s and up are like.

It’s not just that you aren’t getting enough sleep (you probably aren’t) or that your job or your family are stressing you out. Those factor in, but there’s a bigger underlying issue almost everyone ignores.

It’s all the time and energy you’re spending criticizing yourself and then trying to prop yourself back up again.

Check out this short 3-minute video I made for you to talk a little more about what’s causing your weariness, and what you can start to do about it.

Any time you’re spending criticizing yourself and/or fighting off your inner criticism is time and energy burnt going in circles. That’s exhausting. And it can be changed, with a bit of personal inner work and practice.

You can grab my Inner Critic workbook and get the videos here.

As always, I’m here to help you do that. Because you’re worth it and you deserve it, you lovely light-filled being!
