Pocket Coach is an AI chatbot built off of Rachel Alexandria’s research and writing.

We are currently testing and training Pocket Coach with volunteers. Anything you share with Pocket Coach will be viewable by Rachel and used for training purposes.

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

By downloading, accessing, or using Pocket Coach, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability of any content, tools, or guidance provided within the App.
  • The User assumes all risks associated with their use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, decision-making consequences, or reliance on information provided.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • The User’s access to or use of the App.
  • Any actions the User takes based on content or recommendations from the App.
  • Any technical failures, errors, or service interruptions affecting the App’s functionality.

3. No Warranties

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or financial losses resulting from use or inability to use the App.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and the User waives the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pocket Coach, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Hold Harmless Agreement.
